2. Scope

This policy applies to information we collect through go.fundflowllc.com and related FundFlow websites, our funding application and bank statement upload pages, phone calls, text messages, and emails with us, and our advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms, including Meta lead forms. By using our services you agree to the practices described here.

3. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
• Business information: legal business name, DBA, entity type, EIN, industry, business address, time in business, monthly revenue, and requested funding amount.
• Owner information: date of birth, Social Security Number, home address, ownership percentage, and electronic signature.
• Financial documents: business bank statements, month-to-date transaction history, and any other documents you upload.
• Communications: messages, call notes, and any information you share when you talk to our team.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and approximate location.
• Pages viewed, time on site, links clicked, the referring website, and the page you first landed on.
• Campaign details such as UTM parameters, Facebook click IDs (fbclid), and Meta browser cookies (_fbp and _fbc).

Information from third parties

• Credit bureaus and identity verification providers (for example, soft credit inquiries).
• Lenders and funding partners who review your application.
• Advertising platforms, including information you submit through Meta lead forms on Facebook or Instagram.
• Public records and business data providers.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To review your request, prepare your application, and match you with suitable funding options.
• To verify your identity and business, and to prevent fraud.
• To contact you by phone, text, and email about your application and related products.
• To send you secure links for uploading documents, plus confirmations when we receive them.
• To measure and improve our advertising, including on Facebook and Instagram.
• To run, secure, and improve our website and services.
• To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. How We Share Your Information

• Lenders and funding partners who review and may fund your request.
• Service providers who work for us, such as website hosting, secure file storage, email delivery, CRM, analytics, and credit and identity verification. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
• Advertising platforms such as Meta, which receive limited website activity and conversion events (such as "Lead" or "Completed application") through cookies and the Meta Pixel.
• Legal and safety disclosures when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
• Business transfers as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We never share your Social Security Number, date of birth, or bank statements with advertising platforms.

6. Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site, to measure which ads lead to applications, and to show relevant ads. We also store campaign information (such as UTM tags and fbclid) with your application so we know which ad you came from.

You can limit tracking by:

• Adjusting your browser to block or delete cookies.
• Updating your Meta ad preferences.
• Opting out through the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Network Advertising Initiative.
• Turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we treat as a request to opt out of targeted advertising where required by law.

7. Facebook, Instagram, and Meta

When you click one of our ads or submit a Meta lead form, Meta may share with us the information you entered (such as your name, email, phone number, and business details). Meta may also receive information about your activity on our site through the Meta Pixel. Meta handles information under its own Privacy Policy. This site is not part of, endorsed by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. Meta is not responsible for this policy or for how we handle your information.

8. Phone, Text, and Email Communications

When you give us your phone number, you agree that FundFlow and its funding partners may call and text you about your request, including with automated technology and prerecorded messages. Your consent is not required to buy any product or obtain funding. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. We will still send messages needed to handle your application. We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing.

9. How Long We Keep Information

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Application records and documents are generally kept for up to seven years, then deleted or de-identified.

10. How We Protect Information

We use encryption in transit, private access-controlled file storage, expiring upload links, role-based admin access, and other administrative and technical safeguards. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Never send your SSN or bank statements by regular email or social media message.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information.
• Limit the use of sensitive information.
• Not be treated differently for using these rights.

California residents

In the past 12 months we have collected: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); customer records (address, signature, financial information); protected characteristics (age); commercial information (funding requests); internet activity; approximate geolocation; professional information (business details); and sensitive information (SSN, financial account details). We collect it from the sources and for the purposes described above, and disclose it to the categories of recipients in Section 5. Use of the Meta Pixel for targeted advertising may be considered "sharing" under California law. You can opt out as described in Section 6 or by emailing us. We use sensitive information only to provide the services you request.

Other states

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with privacy laws have similar rights. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.

How to make a request

Email admin@fundflowllc.com or call (646) 323-5806. We will verify your identity before responding and reply within the time required by law (usually 45 days). An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission.

12. Data Deletion Requests

To delete information we received from you, including from Facebook or Instagram lead forms, email admin@fundflowllc.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your name, email, and phone number. We will confirm once your request is complete. Some records may be kept where the law requires it.

13. Children

Our services are for business owners 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Financial Information

Our services are for business (commercial) funding only, not personal, family, or household purposes. Where the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or similar financial privacy laws apply, we handle nonpublic financial information as those laws require.

15. United States Only

Our services are offered only to businesses in the United States, and information is stored and processed in the United States.
